How to
1) Click on the Download Remote software button
2) This will open a new page asking you to allow a download from sos.splashtop.com
3) Click on the allow button and download the software.
4)Once downloaded open the software.
4) Double click the splashtop sos icon.
5) This will generate a code that needs to be passed to our engineers.
6) Once the code has been passed on, we will be able to connect and help you remotely.
